Messaging terms

Last updated September 7, 2026

1. The program

MyPortal Marketing Inc. (“we”) operates MyBuildr and sends feedback-request text messages on behalf of participating local businesses. By opting in you agree to these terms.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on a participating business's website form. Consent is not a condition of treatment, purchase, or creating an account. See SMS consent for the exact language and detail.

3. Message frequency

About one message per completed visit or appointment. This is not a recurring subscription and we do not send scheduled marketing blasts under this program.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. We do not charge you to participate.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages from that business under this program. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Email messages also include an unsubscribe link.

6. Getting help

Reply HELP to any message, or email team@myportalmarketing.com.

7. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will arrive.

8. Supported carriers

The program supports major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates and resellers. Carrier participation may change without notice, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected for this program are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, and are not sold. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted here before taking effect.
